how is easy is it to remove the catalytic converter to replace with a new one, im a diesel/ heavy machinery mechanic so i can put up with the worst of jobs.

its about 15 mins of a job to jack it up and cut off then im not sure how long depending on how much of a good welder you are.

I'm slightly lost there too lol!
Its not that bad. Depends if you get lucky or not on the clamp bolt running off the manifold. that can be a pain. the other one doesn't tend to be as bad.
You may struggle getting the lambda sensors out then without a lot of heat.
