Stuck starter solenoid or not enough power being delivered from the battery.
Try tapping the starter with a hammer while someone turns the key. check battery condition and voltage, check all battery connections including earth to chassis and gearbox.

Your starter motor is faulty,I believe that the teeth gone smooth or broken.
