Clean up breaks and grease up the slider pins and shims

Use Carb. Cleaner (same as brake cleaner),this usually help with squeaking,and you need to clean the pins that move the caliper when you push the brake pedal,with silicone grease.

Strip, remove corrosion, lubricate metal to metal contact faces with copper or silicon grease. Get a knowledgeable mate to show you.
