I use a long piece of 4x2 (hardwood). One end under floor, over the arm and sticking out under bumper ... and stamp on it Smile

I just undo the lower bolt and push down on the wishbone with my foot

Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

Depends how long old ones have been on Smile

Also may need to slightly open up gap where clamp bolt goes. They get overtightened and hold on

loosening the subframe bolts helps also, not all the way but enough to drop it a little lower
