hi guys...
i have a question regarding a site europerformance.co.uk
i have ordered janspeed exhaust from them and now i would like to contact them about the estimated delivery but can not reach the number given on the site as i call from abroad.
can someone tell me if i was scammed as i am afraid so, because i can not reach them on email and not on the phone....
hope anyone can give me some answers to calm down a bit as i have spent some €€ on the exhaust ;(

Just googling the website shows up many people from different car forums have had the same trouble as you, others have had no problems at all.
Worst thing I've read is that to get the money back they had to go to a small claims court..

In what way cant you reach them? Do you get no such number/number not active? Ringing but no answer? etc.
Why would calling from abroad be an issue? Just tried it from Sweden, got through, but busy.
Did you remember to drop the leading 0 in the number as listed on the site, after your international prefix and the country code?

i just get busy sound for two beeps and then off.. and that was for the whole day, so this is why i think there is something strange, i dialed without 0 yes
anyway dunno why there is no reply via email then...

I have used them about 8 years ago....
the stuff they list on the website might not be in stock as it took me a few calls to chase my order.
Not the cheapest online dealer and not very reliable so i never use them again.

my brother bought the janspeed system from a while back and took several weeks to arrive as apparently they didn't have any stock and had to get it made up etc

i hope thats the case now too as there is no status update.. would be much happier if they would even reply with it is being procesed that nothing at all
thanks guys.. at least some relief
looks like they had problems with phone, it worked today and talked to them so yes, they are fine. just bad website where there is no info on order update...
