I disagree with the majority of your points. You want something different so you bought a 206 GTI. IIRC there are a lot fewer 180s kicking about than GTIs. In my time owning (3 years) I rarely drove past another one.

Good luck with the project tho. Be good to see pictures... getting a little lost in paragraphs at the moment.

I said to be different. I DO THINGS MY WAY ! not i want something different . THAT would be a rotary turbo'd .
I disagree with the majority of your points.?? women drive 180,s ? This is because youve got 1. There is loads of 180 in cornwall . I see 1 a day . who said i paid for this car ? As if i would go out of my way to buy a 206 . 206 is a 206 .. ive spent more money on than its worth .. Budget project for fun . after driving it around for awhile i quite like it ! + il see you in my rear view with blonde hair screaming your 180 to keep up . lmfao .
pics look at my profile. threads 206 2001 . some photos . will update this post .

You do love a good full stop don't you?
Have you ever taken an English lesson? Your Paragraphs are a headache to read, try a little formatting once in a while.

Maybe your someone that thinks every 206 with 17s and bucket seats is a 180. Or your seing the same one lol. I must say i travel over 1000 miles a week and i never see one. Would be good to see you pull away from a 180 with all these budget mods.

All the GTi owners will be queuing up for your mods.

I found some info

GTI138
▪ Static rate to 3 bar, n-heptane unit [g / min.]: 141
▪ Resistance [Ohm]: 14.5
Part number: 1984 E2

GTI180
▪ Static rate to 3 bar, n-heptane unit [g / min.]: 187
▪ Resistance [Ohm]: 14.5
Part number: 1984 F3

It looks like they will fit but i dont think it will run without mapping them in

So near 187cc worth of injectors, you need 330 to see past 250 mark

Update . Took dogs to beach eml comes on .

P0170 was the code .

Faulty injector or fuel trim ? Seems to be running good . Runs cooler than before . Deeper exhaust note . Stronger low down revs . Picks up better .

I think inlet manifold and a new map !

If it aint broke dont fix it !
