I think that this is a good solution instead of buying expensive coil packs for 206 (they are here about 140 EUR - original) but those ones for Lada are only 60 EUR (at the dealership).
Also you will need spark plug cables from Lada 1.5 / 1.6 8 valve engine.
How the russians managed to fit Coil pack from Lada to a Renault engine (3 pin connector). It may be possible for 206 too. I believe that is worth to try. Maybe from other car it can be fitted too..
This is about K4M from Renault. Information is on russian. Use google translate to translate it.
This makes me thinking that you can easily use Ford coil pack too. Just you need to buy spark plug cables. And coil pack for Ford is much more cheaper as I believe.
Here russians are using cheap coil packs for Opel / Vauxhall engines. Also method is working 100%.

You'll need very long plug connectors ... they are deep in the engine hence the long connectors on the proper coilpack.
Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

yes correct. But I believe that it can be done. Also russians say that coil packs from Hyundai are best alternative since they are much more reliable. Worth thinking.
