My peugeout 206 1.1i starts fine idles , but after about 4 mins it revs up to 3500RPM only for about 10 seconds. After that its idle is fine. If I stop the engine after that , and start again rev up is repeated quicker. If i start it with warm motor than everything is fine, no rev up.
Have you got any idea?

Need the year of your 206.

Early 1.1 have old fashioned mechanical throttle, later 1.1 have full electronic fly by wire throttle.

Need to know which throttle set up you have.

I would also try throttle body / ICV circuit as a starting point. there is a "how to" on here somewhere.

Every sensor are cleaned. I tried flow warm air, with hair dryer, into air inlet, than it does not rev up.
I tried flow cold air, with hair dryer, into air inlet, than it does not rev up.
