When timinng a gti 180 were should pistons be when crank pin located
black peugeot 206 gti 180 lowered all round morrette headlights smoked tail lights full cobra exhaust

It should mean pistons 1 and 4 are at TDC ... you should only be able to pin the crank in one place ...

(That's based on our 138 though)

The 180 pin is on the flywheel at the back at the engine, requires a special tool

Using the special timing tools to lock the crank & cams you can't really get it wrong.

Don't attempt to fit the timing belt without the special locking tools.

Were is timing hole location on 180 as when piston 1 is tdc exhaust valves are open

I dont know, just time it correctly. The bottom pulley is floating so either do it correctly or run a risk
