Hi guys some may know this car already
originally a blue 1.1 lx, ive recently converted it to a 2.0hdi, about done now.
2.0hdi engine conversion
full GTi180 interior retrimmed in purple quilted leather
280mm momo team and porscher centre cap
ta technic coilovers
266mm brakes
massivly flared wheel archs
smoothed, door handles, side strips, mirrors, repeators, grille, washers, ariel, rear bumper
hidden exhaust
painted engine bay to match car
vauxhall artic white with black roof
now settled on a set of schmidt modernlines, 16x7.5 fornt and 9s rear
comments welcome!
ive had it on a few sets of rims but last pics are as it is now
A set of proper mattig mirrors, Currently on golf base plates,
but i hav some spare 206 ones so ill graft them on
then in went a 1.6 106 rallye engine
the new lump before it went in:
Audi TT rear view mirror
Looking rough
currently!
finally lol
I bought a 53 plate 206 form a salvage yard, ratther cheap
so me and a few mates set about stripping it down along with the interior out of the white car
swapped full loom
tank, lines, brakes, engine the lot!
i also painted the bay and inside of bonnet which should have been done a long time ago

You have the wheels I LOVE and was going to put on the 180 if I was to euro it! So glad I didn't now it would have been a waste of time and money knowing that someone else was going for a similar look with the wheels. I was also going fancying a similar stitching pattern on the seats but with a darker red 309's are the way forward for me now though
I'm glad you painted the engine bay whilst the engine was out! I like this wee car, i'm so glad you got rid of the jap-can too You score 10/10 + 1 for your own efforts.
