Hi guys, i have a 206 gti 138 which i upgraded it with a gti 180 engine, so the question is will it run good with the standard gti 138 exhaust system, also could i decat without causing the check light on? And finally i have a faulty secondary air pump malfunction, could i dissable it via peugeot planet 2000?and what are the steps for dissabling it? Thanks

You cant disable the air pump as its used for the emissions. And personally i wouldnt advise it as most of the power comes from the inlet and exhaust manifold

And no again for the decat unless you have a lambda sensor extender

Possibly if it fits but you would LOOSE a good amount of power. Just buy a manifold and centre section

Yes decat it & use a lambra extension use the one thats L shape @ 90 degree .

you could use the gti exhaust . Just check the cat to manifold or decat pipe to manifold connection . As i think its smaller .

Gti exhaust pipes have a smaller diameter than a 180's .
56/57 mm on gti 59/60 mm on 180 (ish)

Why go to all that trouble then not change the exhaust?
After all it was designed with the engine in mind
