Plenty on Ebay, your looking at anything from £60-£100 for the software and leads if you already have a laptop to run it on. Most of them listings will be from the far east.
For £200 - £250 you can buy a laptop pre installed with all the cables.

And if it's the software that comes with the Chinese Lexia cables, expect you anti-virus/malware software to go into overtime!
