I have to replace a Door Stop Check Strap as it is missing from my 206, I can buy the strap from ebay but none of them seem to come with the 2 nuts required. Can someone tell me the thread size of these nuts and possibly where I can buy them?

I have 2 new doors for my GTI to fit. If the new doors come with the nuts on the check strap then i may have some spare from the old doors you can have.
Where abouts in the UK are you?

Try ebay, but will probably be dearer than the dealers. B and Q will sell M6 nuts with washers but again will be more than 20p each.
If a Citroen dealer is more convenient, walk into their parts department with the part number and they will order them in.
