This warning has been flashing up for about three weeks, the engine light is on as result. However I am not loosing power or anything else, is this an MOT worry?

Anti Pollution Fault is a very generic message and is basically the cars way of saying something is wrong with your car. Until you get it to a garage with (ideally) peugeot specific diagnostics equipment then you'll never know what the fault is.
I don't think it can fail from having the engine light on, but if the fault is something to do with the emissions etc then it'll fail on that.

I think EML light on is a fail, as well as ABS light being on.

Not sure if it's only an advisory. It seems to have been one of those grey areas that VOSA keep on leaving.
The rules say that the warning lights on the dash must illuminate and then go out once the engine is running. Some people say that the examiner has to visually check that warning lights for electronic stability control, safety restraint systems, anti-lock braking systems and tyre pressure monitoring systems. No mention of the EML.
Some say that the EML is checked as on safety grounds a fault with the engine could create a hazard.
There is also the argument that if the EML is on due to an anti pollution fault, then it's likely that the car will fail on the emissions test anyway so the EML has no significance.

And driving with EML light on could be destroying your catalytic converter.
