Has the car ever been crash damaged and repaired? It may be out of alignment.

What specific issue caused you to change the previous axle? What eaxactly was worn?

What have you checked, since changing the axle, on the suspension and how?

Morris 1000, Austin 1100, Escort Mk2, Fiat Mirafiori, Alfa 33, Alfa GT Junior, Alfasud, Alfetta GTV (2x), Alfa 164 3.0 V6, Alfa 164 2.0, Alfa 75 V6, Alfa 156 2.4 (diesel remapped 200bhp), Alfa 147 GTA (3.6 295bhp), Alfa 159 (diesel remapped 245bhp 300ft.lbs @ 2500rpm)
Why isn't my daughter an Alfaholic?

I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you, but quick question, how much did you pay for a new rear axle?

Was it a new axle, or second hand? Have you had the car on a jig yet to make sure the chassis is straight?

Are both your red bars straight. Or is one slightly bent? Is that a picture of your car?

Get the car on a jig and check the chassis £90 just need front bumper off or lose .. Then go to a local lazer alignment machine £25 done . obvs fix all damaged parts .

If it aint broke dont fix it !
