No it's hydraulic. If you have a high bite point first thing to is bleed the system and check the slave cylinder. Unless you have high mileage on an original clutch, then just change it

Does a 206 clutch not self adjust to the top Of the Pedal ?

Every 206 I've ever driven the clutch bite is at the top.
As I cannot adjust it as is hydraulic with self adjustment .?

If it aint broke dont fix it !
