Hi, Got in my 206 HDi GTi today and the Passenger side electric window wouldn't work. I've not had any problems with it in the past always worked exactly how it should do, its just stopped working.
I done some searches and cant really find an answer.
Some say the switch, but others say that if the switch is faulty then neither window will work, but the drivers window still works fine. Both are off the same fuse I am assuming as I've checked the fuse and its fine.
Some say the motor that's riveted inside the door housing, any ideas how I can check this, and how easy it is to replace. ( I have a rivet gun)
Also does anyone have any ideas of what else it might be?
Thanks for looking.

Might be the switch - the side sides are only partially sharing the internals, so one side can go bad on its own. Find the wires going to your pass door motor (close to the switch) and measure for +12 and -12 (ground and +12V switches wires depend on if you raise or lower the window) as you alternate the direction on the switch. If you get voltage there, the switch is OK.
Then get into the door and pull the plug off the motor and measure the voltage there. If not present there, investigate the wiring in between. If present then it's the motor.
