Unlike FCS, at PugFest we are definitely having a BBQ, even if it's just me & Mrs VorTechS having it, but everyone is invited to take part!

(You don't particularly have to cook, I'm sure I can poison us all, although Mrs VorTechS seems to think I cook quite well)

We'll also be having a pre-show breakfast at one of the local McDonalds to which everyone is also invited.

If you would like to contribute to the BBQ or join us at the meeting point please let me know, and I'll maintain the two lists in this thread.

The plan will be to meetup here:

Tewkesbury Rd
Kingsditch Retail Park
Cheltenham,
GL51 9PX

...eat and then head off straight to the show.

Timing wise, gates to the show open at 07:30, but I don't think we need to arrive that early. I have a feeling we will be up at the top car parks again, and it's relatively easy to access.

We should aim to meet at the McD's car park for 07:30 with a view to leaving at 08:10 and arriving at the venue for 08:30.

Meetup Attendees

This is brilliant Smile
I'm very game for this and so is the other half.
I think what we should also do is have name badges so the new comers no who the old boys are and so on.
I don't mind getting any meat or what not. Can have a look when I'm next shopping.

Don't no if I will run the car up the track unless I can borrow some wheels off a mate ;p

Is that for both the meetup and the BBQ?

That's not a bad idea. I'm sure we can do something basic to assist with this!

Excellent news. There's a nice list of stuff up there if we can break it all up sensibly, it should be a decent spread!

Excellent, I know we talked about it at FCS, but your name is down.
Don't worry about running late, we can always wait a few minutes longer if we have to, and I'm happy to swap numbers so we can keep tabs on where you are!

It's all up there, pick one or two or however many things you like... and buy it! Smile

Definitely coming, definitely breakfast.

Will have words with housemates who work in supermarkets see if I can get anything on the cheap/5-finger and let you know! Otherwise I'll have a look next week when I'm shopping and see what I can get

Can you buy tickets on the door? I lost my card and waiting for a replacement. Also is there a club stand or just group parking?

Oh crumbs! (not about the Shadow's rolls, but about Jord's card.. ok, it was a baad pun Thumb Down punorific..)

You can buy at the gate but that means you'll have to park at general area Sad (unless we could sneak you in the club stand if they left a spare spot Wink )

I'll get cheese and sauces

Salad!? Food eats salad Razz

I've fired off a request to see if we can get you one sorted out. No promises obviously!
