Not quite sure what you mean? If you are referring to the below bumper grill it's badly cut and poorly fitted aluminium grill material you can buy in Halfords ... (except it will be at an vastly inflated price!) ... or off the net
The rear lights should be binned anyway ..

Yep that, just looks like windstopper mesh farmers use in barns If it was one, single thought springs to mind: overheat

But you can see through it ... what's the issue??
I've fitted one of the original Pug honeycomb style to my 1.4 and this ali type is just smaller holes
