Hi all , thanks in advance for any help.

I recently purchased an 02 reg 206 1.4 with 35,000 miles on the clock.its been a good car so far .The last 2 weeks I've had a problem once starting up the car.

It actually starts ok but ideals rough on first start up of the day, touch the accelerator and it cuts out unless you quickly Rev it aggressively.

Any ideas ??

It could be the temperature sensor, I've seen a similar problem on a 1.6 8v and also on my '180. Changing the coolant temperature sensor fixed them both and they aren't expensive or hard to fit
