Hi Guys,
As you will be aware info suffered from some recent downtime, this was due to a server migration by our host, the website was hosted on a server that they have now deemed to be too old and have migrated our website onto a new more stable server.
This was supposed to be a live migration to reduce downtime however they unfortunately didn't update the server IP record once the migration was completed.
This meant info went down for some time, AJ updated the nameservers on the domain name provider and I contacted the host yesterday to request them to change the DNS information held on their nameservers to point to the new, correct server.
If you are able to read this, then congratulations Info is back in your life!
We can only apologise for the downtime, however it was out of our hands.
