Hi,
Recently bought a 1.4 hdi 2006 model which needs a starter motor. After inspecting the bay its both very difficult to see from the bottom( driveshafts are in the way plus I can only see one of the starter bolts) and from the top in which you cant see it at all. After removing some components from the engine bay such as battery box, air fiter etc. It doesn't seem anymore accessible from the top. Any suggestions on the best way would be appreciated, cheers

Keep going from the top ... very few FWD starters are easy to get to as most are down the back!
