Pressure cap working correctly?

Water pump could have failed. Only need a few broken impellers and the water won't flow well.

radiator is hot in some spots and completely cold in others, ill replace it and see if that fixes it

that fixed it. car now runs at 80-85 no matter what. thanks for the help everyone
