Hey my fan in my 206 turns on after roughly the engine being on for about 5 minutes, then stays on after i turn my engine off until my battery goes flat. I took it to my local garage he said it was my fan circuit staying on which is why it didnt turn off with the engine but after getting a new and having him replace it the problem still lies. Anyone know what else it could be?

Which engine is fitted to the car?

Does the car have air conditioning fitted?

Toyota C-HR GR Sport 2.0 Hybrid with JBL & Alcantara packs.

The best way to sort this problem is to have a proper diagnostic, using Peugeot Planet 2000,so you can check the status of the relay,or if there is any fault stored in the ECU or BSI log.

also you need to check the harness of the fan,as you might have a contact somewhere which cause the fans to stay on.

a step by step process can fix the problem, other wise u will keep moving in a closed circle, and that lead to nowhere.
