I will be sure to get some decent pics up, the mounting points are front floor roughly inline with edge of dash, back of rear footwells and third of way down boot floor. Will report back at end of week with plenty of snaps

No sorry, only what Google tells me. They don't fit my car, so never really looked into them I am afraid. I only know of them and that at times they are required.

Sorry to hijack!
Removing the air con stuff... does that trigger any issues with computer/BSI systems?

Not on my non multiplexed car it didn't. All the wiring was also stripped back to the ECU to tidy it up.

Awesome.

As it will get rid of a radiator too, so space for a pulling fan. Who needs an aircon in a convertible anyways? Wink

Will consider this as an opportunity too. Thank you Edward.

Edit: And thank you Pez! Seems like a nice next step to tidy stuff up and increase my mpg Wink

Keep the standard fan. It won't leave room for a different fan.

Just been and collected the car, too dark to take pics of all of it so took a few snaps of the welding just to show you all, will take some better ones tomorrow.
