Hey guys, I have a 1999 206 1.1 XR and here in Portugal it gets very hot in the summer, i wonder if any of you has retrofited an AC into a car that doesn't have one and what parts you need to do it. Thanks! Smile

Well it's a very hard job to do,and lots of parts needed and lots of work too,as you have to take the dashboard out of the car,so that you can install the A/C unit there, and get the pipes out to the engine bay.

If you really want to do such a job,you need to have a donor car (1.1) same year model so it got the same electric system, and take both cars apart, and start moving parts as if it was a Lego, this way you will have a perfect working unit, and less troubles.

But if I were you,I would just buy a car with original A/C fitted.

Good Luck
