Here's the Peugeot Planet Fault list:
There was one more, I just noticed I didn't screenshot about the Clutch, which was apparently known about - and wouldn't clear, or if it did clear, it was back straight away.
Also, we had a conversation about the HID ballast which is currently located on top of the ECU. I thought I'd had discussions / seen something a long time ago about it not being advisable to have the ballast near sensitive electronics and that the ECU was one of the places...?

Ok So I have managed to get my own software to work so have plugged it in a few times since. Had issues with the key not being reconised which was a faulty com2000 unit (planet wouldnt read it). I had lost my central locking and lights for a while. There now back. Cleared all the faults! The car however has no got to the point it won't turn over. the latest global test revealed a new error with the glow plug relay. Thinking it may be a bad connection I cleaned the posts and ring terminals. It turned over and spluttered once so tried again and then it wouldn't turn over again. I have already got a replay on order, be here tomorrow. Would the glow plug relay stop the engine from turning over?

Ok so I'm really getting annoyed now.
So I have changed the starter motor the battery and the glowplug relay so far trying to solve this. The car will start and run perfectly fine tow started. I drove it around last night for 30-40 miles. Stopped it and restarted three times whilst hot. As soon as its cold again it fails to start unless towed again. Planet reveals no error codes but here is a screenshot of data whilst cranking. It was noted the fuel pressure is low? Yet once started runs perfectly fine.
This is screenshot of live data whilst running after it warmed up running at idle.
This is screenshot of live data whilst running after it warmed up running just under 5000 RPM
I have a post on the Peugeot Forum too, one of they guys on there thinks two of the injectors are faulty. if you look at the flow correction on the first image no 2 and 4 are almost staying shut, yet it runs perfectly fine once started. I'm going round in circles here trying to figure this out. If this isn't running by Sunday it will go to car heaven or be sold for spares as I cant afford to put any more time let alone money into it. I'm really desperate here. Please can someone help me figure this out. It must be something simple, the car will start and run once towed or once hot and will run perfectly fine. not lumpy or misfiring or anything.

I know it's a late reply, but I'm going to reply anyway so that this post can be helpful to others in a similar problem.
Well the relay of the glow plugs goes faulty only when the set of the glow plugs are faulty which cause a failiar to the relay itself.
A set of good working injectors would of solved your problem,as you don't have enough pressure when you start your car at cold, which means that there is a leak in the system, and as long you don't smell diesel in the engine bay, that means 2 things:
1-Leaking in the high pressure pump --->which is not possible in your case as it's working fine after your start it with towing.
2-Leaking in the injectors,as the injectors may spray more than needed,OR the return line in the injector is returning too much fuel which makes it near empty.

Hi Timon,
Thanks for the reply. Sorry haven't been about for a while. The issue was indeed a worn injector. A leakoff test showed excess full on injector 4 and so was replaced.
