You may have to share some info on where to buy parts Wink there's a guy on cupra.net with it mounted behind there, with it just viable behind the slat below the badge grill on the R bumper, looks smart as hell

Aye, that's where the idea came from. It will hide the engraved Forge FMIC as well Laughing

On a 206 however, anywhere in the front grille will be adequate I'd imagine

That's suggesting get rid of as much heat as possible. Overcooling the oil is very undesirable.

Thats why you use a sandwich plate with a thermostat in it (as mentioned) to prevent over cooling.

You kind of have one on the 180 already.

Im fitting one for the conversion for my 1.4, pretty p**s easy tbh

You just need to calculate the flow of oil from the pump (check the pump is within tolerences and pushing out what it should) and this should allow you to find which one will be suitable for your needs.

To large and the pump cant cope = starvation. To small = Oil burns/thins

Considered fitting one but it never gets near the red and i use 10w60 millers race oil so the high temp wont thin the oil that much anyway. I'd go for better oil rather than a cooler.
This 206 IS going on a trackday despite it's every effort to stay at home in the garage!
