show me some pics; since i might have misunderstood the location of the crack.
if the crack is after the waste gate; between the connection to the exhaust interpipe then i can't see why you can't weld it back. since the worse case is just leaking exhaust gas.

Its ON the waste gate, as in where it sits to rest on the turbine in housing

I've seen some bloody awful welding on the waste gate and it still stood up to the job, not pretty though
Depending on how you are planning the setup, I wouldn't say it's game over for it yet

If i wanted equal length i would be looking at £400 for just the mani and would need an alternator relocation bracket
This manifold only gost me £80 or so, and its £250 new so i really cant complain when im on a tight budget

Well the bay is having little bits welded up most evenings which is pretty dam sweet
Alot of plates are needed i must admit though, the bay will be a complete one off
