On a road car they do nothing but capture air & slow it down by causing drag.
In rally cars they use roof scoops as an alternative to air conditioning.

without the heater box in the car and poly windows there is no cool air... believe me, with no insulation on the floor it gets very hot. The roof vent channels cool air to the driver/co-drivers faces. not really good for road use though

I have ordered several but with the diagonal on the cage and the shape of the roof curve it has proved difficult to find the right one yet. I would fit one next year for the summer rallies if it gets silly hot but I am leaving it for now as it is a non-essential in the winter

Thanks for your comments
This is to go on a real car not comp
Game lol
The air will feed air to the blowers
IFf I go ahead I will modify the roof liner and add an undertray which will then have a pipe going down the left front pillar to blower
I am considering doing this as I am currently making a bonnet and the current air intake no longer exists on the bonnet which is the one feeding the blowers now
