Hi everyone

I want to install a new stereo in my 206 but I want to know what will happen to the computer screen display.

Are there a list of stereos that will work with the screen display?

The whole aim is to get my ipod working and I really want some sort of cable that I plug my ipod in to. So if i dont have to remove the stereo I'd rather not.

Thanks for your time.

If you put a aftermarket headunit in, you WILL lose to Multifunction display.

There is a adapter that allows the standard headunit to "think" that there is a CD changer present but in fact, its just your iPod. That would use a standard phono or "RCA" input so you can use your iPod with a RCA to 3.5mm cable Smile

...

Though...

I'v just done a quick google and found this.

You need to do your research on what you want and so on Smile

I have a Sony headunit. You can retain the display functionality using a display/stalk adapter from 'Connects2' - works brilliantly.
