Im looking at replacing both outer cv boots and both lower wishbones.... has anyone replaced these, and are there any awkward bits I should be aware of before I get the old tools out?

replaced the boots well tbh its was easier and cheaper to buy a second hand drive shaft lol and put that in then change the boots,

but thats my view you my find it easier to replace the boots,

make sure you have the right tools before you start and you will be fine a few hours work at most if you take it easy, you cant really go wrong

I did a 'how to' on rebuilding the front suspension...it got lost when the old website crashed though. I shall have a think about making another one.

Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

lower wish bones are not that difficult really, quite time consuming, getting the old pin out is a b***h, and then getting the new wishbones back in can be abit tricky. a mate and a big bar for leveridge is a good help to, oh and the drive shaft on the passenger side wanted to constatly fall out on mine!
