Sad

So annoyed!! Twisted Evil It happened yesterday on the way back home from work with my Girlfriend. We were approaching a roundabout in the right line going straight, and some white van in the left lane decides to change his mind at the last seconds and go right, swerving in my lane forcing me to slam on my brakes and slide into him (being wet).

I went home and was straight onto the insurance and the guy has owned up to it being his fault and I get a courtsey car till my car gets repaired.

Thinking of claiming wiplash too

Just a wing needed.
As others said, don't claim whiplash if you haven't got it.

Dont claim injuries unless u are injured!!!

I was very reluctant in claiming for my injuries, when a taxi driver went up my a**e, but since the accident ive suffered from my back clicking and like someone is pulling my spine so I cant twist round,

only claim if u are injured and its changed your normal life style!

99% of people who have crashes claim whiplash some people even create accidents so they can claim. So 1 more claim isn't going to make any difference plus think wot you could spend the money on people not going to like wot I have said I now thatbut just my opinion. I would have gone straight to a&e.

Ash my insurance has allways been high and I have only ever had one crash 5 years ago which was non fault which I recived £3800 in compensation and five years later I now my insurance hasnt gone down by £3800 so why would it have been better for me to not claim. Pros= 3800 in my bank. Cons= have to drive a car I now that has been involved in a accident insurance hassle time wasted to no fault off my own with nothing to show from it apart from a accident damaged car. If you caint afford your incurance don't drive. And as for idiot grow up. Like I said my opinion.

Nick I can sort of understand what you are saying if you were genrally injured then you have every right to claim. However if you havent got any form of injury then its poeple like that make others pay. I really do hate this make a claim thing to make money.

Get the car fixed and leave it as that.
