at worst you could cut the join pipe of your old back box, remove the join pipe on your new one then weld your old join pipe to it.

you mean you just want that end on the standard exhaust box??
if so just cut one off at the scrappy and pay a garage a tenner to just chop the end off your standard box and weld it on in the right place
with a bit of careful trimming to the old box will fit perfect as i chopped an end off an old gti exhaust at work and have done it on sports and non-sports bumpers

that one looks spot on mate
shouldnt cost very much to get fitted at all just need to trim the curved original tailpipe trim off with a hacksaw or pipe cutter and then a small weld around it job dont shoudnt cost more than £20 although im sure u could probably get it done for a tenner if you found the right place
