Does a 2000 1.4 206 have a Brake pad warning light?

However you can make one. sort of.
When my brake pads were almost down to the metal my stop and brake light would flash. This was because I had enough but not a loads of brake fluid. The warning was actually to tell me there was a "rapid drop in brake fluid level" But mechanicly this was just because the brake cylinders were pushing out a long way (due to there not being any pads so the distance needed to make contact with the disks was longer)
Or you could just take a wheel off and have a look. Or just wait until it starts grinding

Ahh gutted. Because now i'm having to reach further down the pedal for the brakes to work but i've been told it could just be because its winter now.
