Does anyone know if I can use dial faces with resting pins on them in a multiplexed dial..?

My XSi has a white face with no resting pins but want to change it to black but the one Jamie (on my wanted thread) is offering me has resting pins and I want to check.

i dont see why not? the needles drop when all circuits are off in the multiplexed. so it will just stop them dropping?

imo cant see a probably with it.

am I not right in thinking that the stick on dial faces (if they are designed for the dials with resting pins) just have a small hole for the pin to go through??

said it before Wink

you can remove the pins! non plex or plexd, the dials should still respond in the same way as they are analogue.
