what size bolts are the Peugeot alloy wheel bolts? What sized socket do i need for them? My wheel brace is too big for the bolts on the car :S doesnt grip to the bolt

Im guessing 17mm..

Think the standard ones were 17mm across flats, but my alloy ones are 19

GTi bolts have 19mm heads.

Sounds like they are 17mm bolts and you're using a 19mm socket.

Unless you're been a dip s**t and just tried it on the locking nut Laughing

Time for a visit to a scrappy for one that fits. Chances are they've got a huge pile of them and will let you have one for next to nothing (or even nothing as was the case when i needed one). Just try till you find one that fits.

Yeah just went and got one, they are 17 mm Bolts on alloy wheels, are they even suitable for Scirocco wheels? I get vibration from the steering wheel when i go over 80mph, would bigger bolts fix this or not make a difference?
