Couldn't see where the nuts were, got some new seas to put in. can i somehow slide them off the end off the runners?

Slide the seat forward to get access to the ones at the back, vice versa for the front.

4 x T30 (i think they're T30 anyway?) Bolts at each end of runners. You will need to slide the seat forward to do the rear ones. I did those first then slid the seat back and did the fronts. You will need a little key set like these:

To get to each screw that's closest to the centre console area because space is tight, even with the keys above, you're talking a quarter turn at a time so a bit of patience is required!

I gave up trying to undo mine, but I've only got a screwdriver-type so I can't get the leverage. I really want to hoover the runner area properly as it's so scummy, and I can't get to it!!

They're T40, but rest is correct here. Takes longer to put back in than to take out mind! The seat will come out as a full unit including runners btw
