my car has always displayed 000000 when ignition is turned on, but now it started to show 00000_ ? any reason for this? cheers

Means the oil pressure is low, if i remember rightly, check it with the dipstick that its not low

Oil level not presure and it doesnt mean its low it just means its gobe fown a bit when its just got 00000_ then its low

That oil indicator is about as much use as a snooze button on a smoke alarm.
Use the dip stick, preferably after the car has been standing for a decent period of time.

000000 means oil level is full.....each 0 represents a level of oil.... when its _ _ _ _ _ _ _ that means your oil is low.
00000_ will be fine
