Have you checked that the fan is working? if not you wont get much warm air in to the cabin.
This 206 IS going on a trackday despite it's every effort to stay at home in the garage!

what about the thermostat, if that dont open water cant get all way around the system, and as its hot water that goes into matrix ya wont get warm air.

i can bleed at the matrix so im guessing thermostat is ok

having a nightmare been trying to bleed cooling system /matrix for nearly 2.5 hours just get a flow from bleed valve at the matrix then it stops not spits and farts as in airlock but stops to make matters worse just about to stop and th head came off the bleed valve at the thermostat and still no bloody heat
