Hi all
O look it is me agian
My radiator on my lovely amazing car has gone bang and is p**sing water everything can anyone tell me if the radiator from another 206 (with A/C) but not a gti / gti 180 will fit

been looking around and i have found this site that says a 1.4 TU3JP 206 (8 valve i think) witll fit my car is this true

'Sudden' radiator failure (if this is the case, as you describe it as 'gone bang') can usually be attributed to one of two reasons, the first could be because you have no antifreeze in the system and the coolant has frozen and burst the rad, the other reason can be sudden pressurization of the radiator where it 'blows' due to head gasket failure between one of the waterways and a cylinder.

i don't think the fitment is the same?
1.1,1.4and 1.6 has smaller radiator.
if you don't have anti-freezer in your coolant, you might crack the cylinder head as well

Pretty sure a 1.4 8v will definately not fit mate, even the gti one is different.

ebay mate. as said above put antifreeze in it next time if you did then thats a different story

well i know i had lots of antifreeze in my water because i have an antifreeze level tester and its results where -25c and when i tested my dadas car his was only -15c i am gonna take her apart today in the snow lol
Tbh i cant explain why this has happened there where no signs of HG failure no loss of oil or coolant and i came out yesterday afternoon and o look water was ppissing out
i did not even get a chance to start the car i could hear it

I have found the problem some f****r has hit my car yesterday and broken the bottom left mount and bent the lower slam bar and mashed a blade off my fan o the joys of the ice

The hose with the clip should seal themselves.

well my clip has rusted and fell apart so i am trying to find a way to replace it or seal it but i cant find anythingthat works
i have phoned pug for a new set of hoses and they say a 2months wait and they are £57.75 + VAT
