I am trying to find a decent place to take my 206 to for some work to be done. I would love to take it to Ecosse. But as i live near Portsmouth, thats's a little out of the question.
What i was thinking is that in each section (power, styling etc...) there could be a list of reputable pug or french motor specialists. Or if the work is non-specific (smoothing, re-spraying etc). Then they could be added if there are enough recomendations.
Oh, and an ideas section would be good, as i had no idea where to put this. lol

Those 2 words shouldn't be used in the same sentence

They aren't. Decent is in the first. Ecosse is in the second.

Ecosse's bodyshop is awesome! My Goodwood's a testament to their abilities in that department and i'll be taking the blue one there too and to get the paintwork on the 180's door up to my usual anal standards.
However, I have no personal experience of Ecosse's technical side as such other than getting routine servicing done. All companies have their bad stories and as always it's the bad stories that seem to be the ones that everyone knows about! Pugperformance is a good example of this, I've heard that they're not the best, yet now and again they'll turn out something nice. Same with Pug1off, although pug1off over the past few years have come on leaps and bounds!
Portsmouth is out the way unfortunately! BUT Sandy Brown isn't too far away from you if you were looking to get some serious "power". He's a very clever and talented man.

Now, see, if i put 206 tuning into a search engine, half of those would'not come up. I'm now off to have a look at those sites. Cheers.
Oh, and could we get back on topic, would a list of reputable people be a good idea?

Thats because they specialise in french cars and not just 206s. Don't forget the 206 has engines from saxos, 106s etc so the work will be exactly the same.

there's a few of the website...there are more about and I'll add to the list when I can.

Pug Performance has come on a lot in the last couple of years too, they've got their act back together after a lot of bad publicity.
