You running a OEM kit?
If its non-plexed, and you have the wiring in place, you should just be able to plug the new stalk in
If its plexed, then with the new COM2000 it probably needs enabling with PP

ye its a gt bumper, its a plexed car with the wiring all there, i was told that the com2000's were all the same as it just sends a signal to the bsi so if i just flick the foglight up i should be able to get both foglights working?

You need a COM with front fog lights tho.
You could just try plugging it in and seeing if it works if you're lucky, but it might need activating using Peugeot Planet.

no i just got rear foglight on it. i was told by a colleage it would work tho if you activate it because the com2000 when the foglight is flicked on sends a signal to the bsi and that it would sort its self out.

If its multiplexed you need:
1) To connect the front fog lights to the wiring loom
2) To change the front foglight setting in the BSI configuration set up from ABSENT to PRESENT
3) Fit the fuse in the BM34 fusebox under the bonnet ( i think its the F6 fuse )
You DO NOT need to replace the com2000 unit, the original one will work fine once activated, all that will be missing is the pretty little front fog light picture on the stalk.
One twist for front & two twists for front & rear

You can flick the switch up & down as many times as you like, all it does is send signals to the BSI unit
BSI unit will behave for just rear fog light OR front & rear fog lights, all depends on the set up configuration.

mr bsi thankyou, i thought i was correct when i was saying that as when you flick it does not stay up. so its just sending a signal to the bsi.
