Hi,

Since i've had my 206, the heating has never worked...i say its never worked... it works ..but on speed setting 4 ONLY. 1,2,3 Do nothing..

I did some research on this and was told i need to replace the "heater motor blower resistor"

I've got this part now, just curious if this is quite easy to do or should i get a garage to do it?

Any ideas welcome Smile

my dad did mine, its reasonably easy to do... you can get access to it through the glovebox if u remove it. but if it sticks u may hav t take the dash out... to be honest it will be cheaper if you do it yourself

Take the glovebox out [couple of torx screws]

Set the heating to recirculation [the slidy thing, to the right hand side], then you should be able to access it

Turn the resistor and pull it into the duct. Disconnect the wiring, and remove the resistor.

Then refitting is just the reverse, basically
