On the note of sparkplugs, i have NGK in at the mo' and its running fine, should i change them?

Hmm... I think the NGK plugs aren't the best for the performance, but I also used NGK (before i found info) and never had problems. Saying that, Bosch have fired first time, every time!

NGK sometimes cause the coilpack to have dicky fits. I'd personally change them for Bosch ones.
I got all stuff to service mine from AEP-Direct, cost about £50. That was for 5l of Total Quartz 7000, oil filter, pollen filter, fuel filter and 2l of Total Transmission 75w80 oil
