just wondering when they need or advised to be changed, mines a 05 plate with 45 tho on the clock

u should be fine for a while yet mate im on 77k on an02 plate. Geting it done on the 5th hopefully

I had mine changed at 25k - can't remember where I found the info.

It is according the service manuals all the garages around here use. I was a little concerned when they all said it.
