help, when i pull of in 1st or reverse, i get a grinding noise , and like a shuddering, doesnt happen when driving in other gears, only pulling off in 1st and reverse.

Me too, don't know what it is. Could it be an engine mount, mine doesn't do it if I use more revs.

mine does it aswell and i haven't yet made my mind up about what it could be.it could be engine mounts but they usually are more evident when your changing gear.
