Does it start ok? battery in good condition? any other odd electrical faults happening?
Take it to a garage & get it scanned for airbag fault codes

Is the light flashing or solid?

Check your battery voltage
Check the alternator isn't under or over charging
Check the wires under the front seats [if you have side airbags]
Check the orange wire in the drivers fuse box is connected
Check the wire on the rear of the drivers airbag
Check the seat belt pretentioners
Check the connections to the airbag ECU under the ashtray carpet
Check the wire to the passengers airbag
Check the COM2000 connection [if your mux]
Try rebooting the BSI. Click the link in my sig for the guide on how to do it for your specific electrical system. |

Look under the glovebox, and check the white plug is secure.
