hi all, my small oil leak from head gasket (top left corner) has now got worse Sad need to replace head gasket and found a cheap set on tebay, wanted to know if anyone has used a similar set, its 18 quid including the head bolts which seems too cheap to be of any quality lol
Anyone experienced a cheap head gasket kit?
Any advice will be appreciated, sorry if this has already been posted before Smile

You buy cheap you risk it breaking very soon.

On something such as the head gasket.. .dont buy cheap... Just my opinion..

head bolts are normally strechy bolts anyway which are about £25 on there own and shouldnt be used more than once . with a job as big as a head gasket its wise to buy decent quality parts if you buy a cheapo headgasket an it lasts a month thats alot of work which could of been done properly the first time

You also need a timing belt kit.

No point in taking it all apart & not replacing the timing belt at the same time Wink
