Hi there

I`m supposed to have both headlights changed to pass MOT
(the hooks are broken) - 206, year 2000, 1.1

I`m looking for them second-hand but I can`t figure
out which model I`m supposed to buy.

They must be:

-adjustable
-for H4 lights
-clear

Any hint please?

H4 and 'clear' normally don't go together - we typically call them frosted. In H4 lights the glass actually performs some optical bending compared to the clear flat glass/plastic of the later dual H7 bulb lights, where all the optical work is done by the reflectors (or projector lens in some aftermarkets).
In a H4 light you can't see the bulb and reflector clearly like you can in a H7 light. (compare the linked images)

You could upgrade to 'crystals' (the later models dual H7), but it involves a bit more work than a straight lens assembly switch, since only one filament at a time (dipped or main) is on at a time in the H4 lights, while the bulb for dipped remains on, along with the main beam bulb, in the case of the dual H7 setup. So one has to change how the stalk / BSI works or alternately add a bit of additional wiring/relay for a secondary power feed to the dipped beam bulbs to switch in when the main beam turns on (and the normal feed to dipped is cut). I believe there's a HOWTO on the subject in the HOWTO section.

They're all adjustable, either manually in both height and side or manually for side and elecctrically in height (but base height setting is still a manual thing).

When you buy, the electrical motor may or may not be included, but if your current lights have [functioning] motors, those can be moved over to the new lights.
